Bad Habits Of Christians

1. They go to work early but come to Church late.

2. They beg their boss when they make mistakes but threaten to leave the Church whenever there is a misunderstanding.

3. They work hard to be promoted at work but treat the work of God with levity.

4. They pay all their dues in the workplace but refuse to pay tithe and offerings in the Church.

5. They buy costly things for their boss to get favor but can't even buy airtime for their pastor.

6. When they are not going to be in the office, they take permission ahead from their superior; but expect the pastor to pay them visits when they miss Church without notice.

7. They fear and respect their boss more than their pastor and even sometimes more than God.

8. When they are sick they manage to go to work but they cannot manage to come to Church.

9. They take official queries seriously but handle divine rebukes with disdain.

10. They tolerate their colleagues in the workplace but cannot tolerate their brethren in Church.

11. They turn off their phones at the workplace, but use calls to distract other worshippers in Church.

12. They can work overtime in the office but get offended by the pastor if he's not closing at the stipulated time.

13 They dress very well when they are looking for work or going to the office, but dress anyhow to seduce the brethren in the Church.

14 They keep their workplace very clean, but dirty the house of God.

15 They build mansions of houses and decorate it with their resources. But never care what is lacking in the house of God.

16 They obey their boss but disobey God’s word.

If you're guilty of any of theseπŸ‘†πŸ‘†, Ask God for mercy and live a fulfilling life for Him alone Who owns your breathe and everything you have.

Don't read this alone, bless someone by sharing it, that's another means of winning a soul for Christ.

Married To Christ But Dating The Devil

The Modern Christian message has deceived lots of people into thinking they are saved when they are not. So many Christians do not embrace Holiness and walk in the path of Righteousness. Such are called "Lukewarm Christians" who have one foot in the light and one foot in darkness.

They do not have any desire to grow deeper into Christ and His character, and live Holy. They are merely shallow believers in Him.

They wear a mask of Holiness in Church and act like the devil for the rest of the week. They watch movies and other programs which belong to the Kingdom of Darkness. They listen to music that belongs to the Kingdom of Darkness. They do things and say things that grieve the Holy Spirit but they do not care because they are blinded by Satan.

As I pondered this yesterday, it just kind of struck me that Judas was chosen by Jesus.

For Three Years:

πŸ”΄ Judas walked with Jesus,

πŸ”΄ Judas sat in learning circles with Jesus,

πŸ”΄ Judas ate with Jesus,

πŸ”΄ Judas slept with Jesus,

πŸ”΄ Judas journeyed with Jesus,

πŸ”΄ Judas saw every miracle Jesus performed,

πŸ”΄ Judas heard the teachings of Jesus,

πŸ”΄ Judas was chosen by Jesus,

πŸ”΄ Judas was along with his other disciples with Jesus.

Jesus treated Judas so well that none of His disciples were able to detect that it was Judas who would betray Him.

In fact, Judas was not even a suspect when Jesus said somebody was going to betray Me, the disciples didn't say, "Yes, we know who it is, it's Judas." Nope! He fit in so well that his co-disciples did not know the condition of Judas' heart.

Judas was the treasurer of the Group. He was a friend of all the Apostles. You see, that was his outward appearance but the reality of him comes from scripture.

🚩 Jesus said, "He's Unclean, he's dirty, and he's filthy in his sins."

🚩 John said, "He's a Thief."

🚩 Jesus said, "He's a Betrayer."

🚩 Jesus called him an "Unbeliever."

And then Jesus said, "Have I not chosen twelve and one of you is a devil." (John 6:70)

A DEVIL?

That's the reality of someone who was in the presence of Jesus for three years, whose heart was never changed, whose head got full and the fellowship with the others was as wonderful and deep as anything could be but he was never changed and Judas is burning in hell today.

I WANT TO SAY THIS!

How many of us are like Judas?

How many of us are hypocrites in the Church?

How many of us worship God in vain?

How many of us are pretend to hear the Word of God but not obey God's Word?

How many of us honor God with our lips, but our hearts are far from Him?

How many of us gossip and pray at the same time?

How many of us lie and fast at the same time?

How many of us curse and Praise God at the same time?

How many of us smile, act nice and talk sweetly in front of them but talk trash behind their back?

How many of us hate others and your enemies?

How many of us fail to forgive other?

How many of us have bitterness and resentment in our hearts?

How many of us give meaningless Offerings?

How many of us worship God but follow rules taught by men?

In Mark 7:6, Jesus answered them, "Isaiah prophesied correctly about you hypocrites, as it is written: 'These people honor Me with their lips, but their hearts are far from Me.

And in Isaiah 1:15-16, "When you spread out your hands in prayer, I will hide My eyes from you; even though you multiply your prayers, I will not listen. Your hands are covered with blood. Wash and cleanse yourselves. Remove your evil deeds from My sight. Stop doing evil!"

The Modern Church says, "Make a decision for Christ."

Salvation is not just a mental decision but a spiritual transformation. The Holy Spirit resurrects you from spiritual death and when you come to faith, you realize that there is a life to be lived (Holiness and Righteousness) that is totally different from the life you were living (Wickedness and Unrighteousness).

Salvation is being raised from your spiritual death (All people have a sinful nature and thus commit sin, and are spiritually dead. Those who have faith in Jesus Christ are made spiritually alive).

Salvation is having a new mind, a new heart, and you are a new creation. (Ezekiel 36:26)

Salvation is when Jesus and the Father make you their dwelling and they come and reside in you, for your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit.

Salvation is not just a gift received, it is a daily walk with God.

Salvation is not a contest but it's a battle, a war. It is a daily dying to our flesh.

You must run the Christian race to the finish line. This race is a marathon and it requires daily discipline and perseverance.

You must live a life by faith in Jesus Christ and in His word.

You must love Him more than anybody. You must want Him more than anything because everything else in this world seems foolish and trashy.

You're here but you're just getting by because this earth is not your home. You don't have two homes, you just have one home. If it's Jesus, then Heaven is your home and if it's without Jesus, Hell will be your home.

MAKE A DECISION ON WHOM YOU WILL SERVE!

As for me and my house, we will serve the Lord. ~Joshua 24:15

Get rid of the idols of your heart and anything that is attached to the kingdom of darkness. Purify yourselves and keep your garments Holy.

Most importantly, have you ever considered eternity?

You might think, "Well, I'm on the right track" but you could be heading to Hell. It says in Proverbs 30:12, "There is a way that seems right unto a man, but the end thereof are the ways of death (Hell)."

The most important thing now is to pray and ask God to reveal your heart and mind.

But your iniquities (sins) have separated between you and your God, and your sins have hid His face from you, that He will not hear. ~Isaiah 59:2

Work out your salvation with fear and trembling! ~Philippians 2:12

How To Spot A Hypocrite

Do you know anyone who’s as phony as a three-dollar bill? They say one thing yet do another; they make rules but don’t follow them; and they live one way in public yet another in private. They’re so dishonest, they could be called professional liars. In fact, many hypocrites even lie to themselves. Are you a hypocrite?

Sometimes folks are unaware that they’re being two-faced, but oftentimes they know exactly what they’re doing. They’re trying to manipulate the truth, conceal an embarrassment, or compensate for a weak line of reasoning. In any case, hypocrites know the real truth, but they’re afraid that revealing it may have negative consequences — so they mislead. Hypocrites know the truth but fail to reveal it.

There are many ways that hypocrisy rears its ugly head. Here are 23 ways to spot a hypocrite:

1.     Say one thing but do another.

2.     Treat those in power differently than they act toward underlings.

3.     Give advice but fail to follow their own guidance.

4.     Preach tolerance but judge others who don’t conform to their way of thinking.

5.     Volunteer others but rarely raise their own hand.

6.     Live one way in public but another in private.

7.     Pretend to be someone they’re not merely to win acceptance.

8.     Make rules but fail to follow the rules themselves.

9.     Preach morality but live a shameful life.

10. Demand things of others that they’re unwilling to do themselves.

11. Say one thing to someone’s face but another thing behind their back.

12. Pretend to be wealthy even though their bank account is bare.

13. Alter their opinion to gain acceptance from people with differing viewpoints.

14. Condemn the actions of others even though they commit those same acts themselves.

15. Promote a holier-than-thou image merely to offset reckless behavior.

16. Help people only when it’s in their personal interest to do so.

17. Pretend to care when their motive is really self-serving.

18. Demand austerity for others but handsomely compensate themselves.

19. Feign outrage even though they have no intention of doing anything about it.

20. Penalize some folks for wrongdoings but look the other way for others.

21. Lecture people about morality but cover up for their friends.

22. Judge others but call people intolerant when they’re personally judged.

23. Act one way when folks are looking; the opposite when they’re not.

BE TRUE TO YOURSELF AND TO OTHERS:
Hypocrisy is an addiction. You dupe people once and think you can get away with it again. But although you may think that you’re fooling the world, you’re only kidding yourself. People are on to you, and the ramifications are worse than you think.

How can you be a trusted friend, respected parent, credible role model, or an effective leader if you’re living a lie? As the saying goes, “Some people are like pennies. Two-faced and worthless.”

Authentic people are genuine — they’re confident in their beliefs and are true to themselves. People who have strength of conviction don’t obstruct the truth. They don’t fear what people may think, what folks may say, or that some people may challenge or reject their views. They are true to their principles, own their actions, and most importantly, they’re true to themselves. Period!

Be the real you. Listen to your conscience. Form your own opinions. And live your life with honor. One of the best rewards from achieving success is knowing that you earned your achievements through hard work, commitment, and integrity. The same is true of living a good life. Believe in yourself. Be authentic. Live the truth! At the end of the day, be proud of what you do and who you are. After all, you have to live with yourself for the rest of your life.

How To Identify A Fake Friend

Being able to detect social hypocrisy is not only of vital importance to improve our environment, but it can also be beneficial for your mental health. Fortunately, there are some attitudes that point to hypocritical people.

THEY RESPECT OTHERS OUT OF INTEREST:
You may be wondering how to know if a person is false to you . One of the keys to detecting these hypocritical friends is basically to see how they behave when there is an interest involved in relationships. If in front of someone influential to him he completely ignores you, it is possible that you are in front of a false friend.

YOU WANT TO PROFIT FROM ANY SITUATION:
Free riders are detected when they try to take advantage of any of your interactions. In this way, a real friend will be there whenever you ask and not just when he can benefit from any relationship.

SEEKS TO BE THE CENTER OF ATTENTION:
Normally, one of the traits of fake friendships or fake people is that they are constantly seeking to be the center of attention. Whether it's someone else's birthday or another special moment, these will always try to get everyone's attention.

THEY ARE NOT HUMBLE:
A hypocritical person will always try to be above you. Many times this attitude ends up behaving those closest to these people. Therefore, it is vital to detect social hypocrisy and fake people around you.

THEY SPEAK ILL OF OTHERS:
Although we can all commit this sin, the reality is that when it becomes a habit, it is a clear sign that we are dealing with a false person. For this reason, it is important to try to put aside this type of attitude or negative thoughts.

THEY DO NOT KEEP THEIR PROMISES:
Hypocritical or false people never do things for the sake of it. Therefore, they will never make a promise that does not benefit them.

If you detect this attitude of false person in others, you can try to talk about it or get away from them.

On the contrary, if you identify yourself, it can be a good option to go to a psychologist to fix these problems. Many of the fake people have mental imbalances and therefore behave in this negative way.

Behaviors Of Hypocritical People

1. They are always ready to punish someone. Their "high" moral standards lead them to point the finger of blame at someone and it is not unusual for them to even publicly humiliate or disqualify others. Actually, it is a compensation strategy through which they try to focus attention on the supposed mistakes, weaknesses or deficiencies of the other so that those around them do not realize their discrepancies and/or hypocrisy.

2. They have an aura of moral superiority. Hypocritical people are usually halfway between narcissism and intellectual superiority. They are often victims of the Dunning-Kruger Effect, so that level of arrogance can make us feel lower-level, immature, or just not good enough when we interact with them.

3. The rules never apply to them.  Rules and regulations exist, but they only apply to others. Hypocritical people believe that because they have an innate sense of law and morality, they are above the law and are not bound by it.

4. The fault is never theirs, they always have an excuse at hand.  Hypocritical people do not usually recognize their discrepancies and errors, even if they are very obvious. These people do not apologize or admit their responsibility, but instead continually resort to excuses. For them, circumstances are always a mitigating factor, and mistakes are never theirs.

5. Do what I say, not what I do. This could be the maxim by which hypocritical people are guided. His actions almost never match his speech or his attitudes with his real values. This is because their main motivation is to look good in front of others and get the most out of it.

Fake People Can Affect Us Psychologically

HOW CAN FAKE PEOPLE AFFECT US PSYCHOLOGICALLY?

When there are exploited people around you, on many occasions they end up diminishing your decisions and even make you feel indecisive about your own thoughts. Therefore, social hypocrisy is bad for you in the sense that encourages negativity in all aspects.

MAKE BAD DECISIONS:
The influence of a false friendship can make you end up changing your opinions and making decisions that affect your life.

GET AWAY FROM GOOD FRIENDS:
The influence of a hypocritical person can become such that you end up moving away from good relationships.

Fake people end up harming your life if you give them too much importance. Therefore, keeping these negative attitudes aside will allow you to enjoy all aspects of your day to day life.

How To Deal With Fake People

When you find yourself in a situation where you cannot avoid these hypocritical people, it is essential to try not to let these attitudes affect you. Therefore, there are some psychological tricks with which you can deal with hypocritical friends.

DISTANCE YOURSELF FROM THEM:
The best way to avoid suffering the consequences that having a false friendship can bring is to try to put these types of people aside. On many occasions we feel that someone does not make a very good impression on us. Even though our intuition can fail, the reality is that sometimes it can be a good sign in the face of danger.

LIMIT THE RELATIONSHIP:
If you are in a situation where you cannot let go of these fake people, it is essential to try to curb the level of trust that your friendship or relationship can have. To do so, you should limit yourself to as little interaction as possible with these hypocritical people. You should know that the attitude of fake people can be toxic.

DO NOT BLAME YOURSELF:
As we have already mentioned, one of the main problems with fake people is that they can affect you psychologically. It is important to understand that fake people have an inner problem, so it is vital to identify that you are not the mistake in these relationships.

DO NOT LOWER YOURSELF TO THEIR LEVEL:
Hypocritical people always try to make others lower themselves to their level. Whether criticizing others or in certain toxic attitudes, they will seek others to do the same as them.

POINT IT OUT:
When everything else has failed you, a good way to try to stop the fake person is to point out their bad attitudes.

SEEK HELP:
When these hypocritical people end up affecting our lives and we cannot deal with them, it is essential to get help. If you believe that these types of relationships are affecting you on a psychological level, it is essential to have the help from a professional psychologist. On many occasions these false friendships can lead to a problem with your mental health.

Most People Today Hypocrite And Fake

The Bible tells us that a hypocrite is someone who puts on a mask and pretends to be something he is not. God is the ultimate judge of character.

Surely you know of a person who from his mouth presents himself in one way, although his actions are exactly the opposite, and many times, with intentions to harm. In everyday behaviors, they are framed as toxic and harmful towards others.

Hypocritical people have a public face and a private face. They use different masks depending on the situation to take advantage of others by making opportunism their banner. They pretend to be what they are not, usually to profit, receive social approval or place themselves above others.

In fact, the word hypocrisy comes from an ancient Greek word, hupokrisis, which literally means "stage." In that context, a hypocrite, or  hupokritΓ©s, was simply an actor, someone who pretended to be someone else on stage.

As an example, these are some attitudes that show behaviors that may be false or hypocritical in front of others:

1. They show a smile from the front, and criticize you mercilessly from behind.

2. They change their behavior in front of you in a very noticeable way.

3. If you confront them, they will fight, argue, or compete with you.

4. They focus on their own world and do not care what the person feels.

5. They constantly pretend in those situations.

6. A fake person uses lies, denial, misrepresentation, and revenge as tools.

7. They have a predominance trait and great gossipers.

8. They only approach in peace to get something in return.

9. They appear in good times, and disappear in bad times.

10. They ignore you and let you know so you feel it more.

11. They promise too much, and they do not deliver on almost anything.

12. They weave networks into which innocent people fall with the sole purpose of deceiving and misleading them with their lies.

13. They do not answer calls or requests. They want to show superiority.

14. They have an innate sense of law and morality. They are above the law and are not bound by it.

15. The fault is never theirs, they always have an excuse at hand.

Woe to you, teachers of the law and Pharisees, you hypocrites! You are like whitewashed tombs, which look beautiful on the outside but on the inside are full of the bones of the dead and everything unclean. In the same way, on the outside you appear to people as righteous but on the inside you are full of hypocrisy and wickedness. ~Matthew 23:27-28
